Isn't the LOOP at (i.e, just offshore from ) Port Fourchon? en.wikipedia.org If so they're right in the path of the eye! Certainly the road (Hwy 1) to that Port is gonna be washed out, and there's no other easy way to get repair materials in. It may be down for a prolonged period. Henry Hub looks to be OK, unless the path shifts about 60 miles to the west.
