A look at horizons as a measure of experience:

Obama lived primarily in Kansas, Hawaii and Indonesia, then went to school in LA, New York and Boston, then worked in Chicago, Springfield and Washington. He has traveled to dozens of countries around the world. Published two best-selling books he wrote himself. Has campaigned in all US states and some of the territories, including 20+ debates with top Democratic candidates.

Palin grew up in Alaska, went to school in Idaho, then worked in Alaska. Lived in a remote town of 8000 people until two years ago. Never had a passport until 2007, visited Germany and Kuwait to see troops. No apparent record of nationally published speeches or articles. No national political activity outside the national governors conference. No documented views and proposals on major domestic and international issues.

Who is more prepared to deal with the top issues in the 2008 election?
