There's a difference between Bulletin Board stocks and Pink Sheet stocks. Also within the BB category a wide range of differences. You have sub-penny crappola, but also CGLD producing gold at a profit. Or GORO with just 35 million shares that will produce 70K to 100K ozs. of gold the first year (beginning next 6 months), and doubling that production with mininmal share dilution within another 2 years. And GORO plans to pay 1/3 of cash flow as dividends. Granted, they are not your standard BB stock, but I don't think a blanket banning of BB stocks is warranted. Maybe a sub-penny ban or sub 50 cent ban, or whatever consensus. Forgot to mention GORO producing at a cash cost of about $100/oz.
