Amazing you wife eats crabs considering she is Jewish. No doubt you do know "bottom suckers" are not considered Kosher, right? Kosher, I have been told, is all seafood that swims, no more no less. I noticed in Tel Aviv 2 years ago already, however, that the fish restaurants on the beach do offer several shell fish dishes. When I made a comment to my long term close friend she mentioned, that this would have been unthinkable just 10 years ago. I just love crabs, period! A lot more 'character' to crabs than to lobster of any kind. Taro
