If Obama wins what, if any, changes do you foresee for education in terms of programs/mandates coming out of Washington?

Mo' money.....public education needs more money. Teachers whose salaries stink are forced to buy supplies because there is not enough money to around. Schools, esp. in the big cities, are falling apart. Its not unusual to see buckets in hallways catching water during rain storms. Thirty years of mostly GOP rule has left its mark. Public education is in disarray in these disunited states.
