On August 28, 2008, Marc Walther was retained as Chief Executive Officer and appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Hydrogenetics, Inc. this is excerpt. the whole 8K was posted before being deleted. and then I just noticed the share price jump up. I'm still stalking this damn company like starving Coyote,...hope the turnarounds happens before I drop dead. LOL
