I generally agree with your assessment of mineman. He sounds like a shill for some company that wants to make a run at Bema. He spends an incredable amount of his time (his most precious commodity) trashing a stock that he claims he has never owned or shorted.

But Terry Swift, as much as I appreciate your postings and the information and education that they provide, I must admit that at times you seem like the incurable optimist I once knew that received a giant box of horse manure for Christmas. He jumped into the box and started digging through the horse manure saying "with all this horse sh*t, there must be a pony in here somewhere." (Please do not be offended by my attempt at humor).

In a more serious vain, I would like to ask you if you have or if you would assess the situation that now exists from two different view points. The first is from the view point of a company that believes it can acquire BGO for about $7 per share ($770MM) and AZS for about $6 per share $(200MM), give the CC copper away to some Japenese company that can arrange 3% financing for the developement costs for CC and pays for those costs. Please remember that all of those infrastructure costs could be used for the development of the other BGO and AZS sites in the general area thereby substantially reducing the costs of developing those sites (i.e. power lines, water line, pipe line to the coast, docking and loading facilities). ( If i was negotiating for the Japenese company I would try to get part of the action on the other sites also.)

The second view point of view for which an analysis would be helpful is if BGO management were to do the same thing. I remember Mr. Johnson speaking at a San Francisco gold show two years ago when he described the feeling of having money in the bank as oppose to the previous years when he had to walk around "with a tin cup" looking for money. I believe that one of these two possible courses of action are going to occur or Bema will continue on its present course and I will be walking around with a tin cup .

Your imput would be appreciated.
