Yes, I saw that news early this morning.<g>

The stock had been on a persistent downtrend since Dec 2004 when the rally from the Jul low of $2.96 was cut short at $9.81 & wasn't able to test the resistance from the Jan H at $10.37 <g>

This year, the downtrend accelerated some after the double top at the $4.61 level on Dec18-Dec19 & the attempted rally after the down-spike on Dec 20 from $4.62 to $3.02 was only able to get back to the $3.55 on Apr 14

A further acceleration of the downtrend took place after the down-spike of May28 from $3.03 to $1.80 on volume of 2,035,700. On the following day, which was also a down day, volume was also heavy at 1,514,200. (If you look at the average volume line on IBD's DailyGraphs, you can notice that it has tripled from 100Ks to 300Ks since then.)

Good thing you have a negative cost basis.

Yes, & even better that I decided to take my profits.<g>

I haven't been following the market closely, after I decided last year to play things even a little more conservatively & thought that at my age it was better to keep remembering W.B.'s two rules for investing in the stock market.<g>

But I am still long on ESIC SAM WH and a couple of others.
