Your post seems correct-noticed institutions holding shares in quadrax went from 13 last month to 11 this month.Also percent of holdings went from 4.6% to 0.6%-so numbers seem to fit.Somebody has bought these shares-so I'm not concerned.I don't think $20 million contract is what TM deal will be worth-more like $4 to $6 million,but one can dream.Sorry about Reg-S post-I meant dilution of any kind.I also agree with J. Davies-the fired people should not get severence pay,options,any health or insurance benefits or other forms of compensations their original contracts stipulated.They were not producing therefore no further sucking of capital from this company.
