A little TA: 10-18-97 from siliconinvestor.com BLTI is well worth keeping an eye on. It's currently hinting at a breakout from a solid base on base formation. There's a major downtrending line of resistance at 4 9/16 right now. In early Nov. that line will be down to 4 3/8. It should have enough technical strength to break out by then since there is a nice uptrend in the technical profile. It seems a bit too early to set any targets though. It's a good solid hold here.
