What about it? Someone rights an article, in it he claims that he received an e-mail, that from someone supposedly confirms her membership in the party, and this is supposed to be proof of anything? Its a claim about a claim, we don't even get the original claim let alone real evidence. Such claims about claims are known as hearsay, or less formally as rumors. Why should we put any stock in this one?
