I think $1 in the next three weeks is unlikely, so I go with delisting upon appeal review. IF they meat N Capital M requirements they can petition for inclusion. Currently they do not meet those requirements. I see no reason to expect them to suddenly meet them. Hence I think it is likely that in the near term WAVX goes to full-on back-alley pink sheet listing. I look forward to considered arguements to the contrary.
