but many want to be independent of canada and ted is the spokesman for south ossetias 30,000 people so i dont quite know why he is opposed to the concept if the quebec folks want it. I guess it all depends on whose ox is being gored. Ted is always with the non american ox but when it comes to canada he is for status quo and russia he is for conquest and war.
