I wouldn't bet on Nikon winning the litho war. Canon is mislead by Mitsubishi into x-ray, think they will soon wise up. ASM-L seems to be my choice......and I seem to think they have an arrangement with a little place in Vienna to produce steppers... See y'all in Colorado Springs November 4th!! HoHoHo... -Uno
