No doubt... Guess my point was that this type of investing is not my strong suit. A few 12 plex apt buildings purchased back in 2000 would be of greater value to me today then playing all those stupid drillers for big losses. No doubt many have done extremely well over the years. I would offer that those people would do well regardless the vehicle used to make their profits. ZM
