Does the line item veto also apply to this appropriations bill? If it does, the President might sign ours fairly quick from what I am picking up.

P.S. Off topic, My dialer is crashing all around me for some unknown reason. I lost all my bookmarks and am having to dial in another way? ever happen to any of you? E-mail me on how you took care of it. And yes, I paid the bill.
