I was just at the gym when Palin's speech started. Its closed captioning so I couldn't hear her voice. However, I was amazed at the audience's reaction. Finally, I thought to myself.....she must be very charismatic and the Republican's Obama. When my workout was done, I went downstairs and they had her on the big screen with the voice on. I was really disappointed. I am not sure what the excitement was about but I found her to be a slightly above average speaker who is good at slinging the mud.
