The future is now. Why do you think we are in a clearly unconstitutional invasion and occupation of Iraq and pissing away $100 Billions of our taxdollars on that pointless occupation? It's the Yahoos at the Republican Convention who will support any foreign adventure by our government, no matter how it is justified or how misguided. I thought we learned a lesson from our invasion and occupation of Viet Nam a generation ago, but apparently many Americans have not, and you see them on TV tonight. I am not impressed by John McCains service in Viet Nam, because it was a pointless war that should have never been fought. What does that say about his "judgement"? Does anyone know how many people McCain killed in Viet Nam? Probably a lot of innocent people if he was a fighter pilot. I am sick of the America militarism being pawned off as heroism. Does dropping bombs on innocent Viet Namese who just want to have their own country, and then being imprisoned as a POW because he's dropping bombs on their country, make John McCain a hero?
