Interesting news. Another 3 mill or so shares which puts the cap at over 21 million shares. I don't know much but we all will have to waitand see. Intersting that they used shares of stock as FLEXF shares not a worldcom type paper in my opinion amd at $45 share we are giving away a valuable stock so I hope Marks is getting good value in return.His track record has been good but......... Rich
