IMHO, Palin will be a very competent campaigner and it would be very wrong to underestimate her. Even if, those arguments are not her own, she made them directly and made her case as best as it can be made given the record they have to work with.

Now the Democrats have to answer directly and get past the personal stuff. This is really, about what kind of America do you want and there are two very contrasting visions competing for our votes.

There's so many ways to get at the arguments the Republicans have made and now Obama and Biden and company have to make them.
