Capacity Constraints???? Several articles suggest that IDT will only have the capacity to produce ~1 million winchips next year. Well this works out to ~5,000 wafers(200 cpus per 8 inch wafer). My guess is that the 48,000 square foot class 1 fab in Hillsboro could mfg at least 10,000 wafers per month!!!!! Am I missing something???? Even if they can only utilize 32% of this is 3,000 wafer a month or 7 million winchips per year or 700 MILLION IN REVENUE which is quite a bit more than IDT did for all of last year and at much higher margins. Now if IDT said well we will only be able to sell a million this I would buy but to say they do not have the capacity and at the same time constantly warn of under utilization something is not adding up. Oh yea they bought the Salinas plant from Berg in May of 96 well after the SRAM CRASH. Charlie wants some answers Tuna
