There are the top three Al Qaeda terrorists, Osama, Ayman Zawahiri and Mullah Omar who are on the loose. How can anyone claim to be safe when the lion is out on the loose. 1 trillion dollars and no trace of these folks. Instead, this Administration and McCain are claiming victory.
