Katelew; So do you think Sarah Palin's kids are "fair game to the press" but not Obama's? Or Bidens or McCain's? I hate when people ask me questions that make me wonder about my own beliefs. Nice job. I think it is different - but its also hard to explain. The Christian Right preaches to me on values - suggesting I am evil for having values that are somehow less than theirs - and then hold they their family up as to show how great their values are. It is not a good thing that Bristol is pregnant and is unmarried. It is also not somehow a good thing that Sarah had a Down's child. ......It's not that I think they have done anything wrong regarding their family - it's just that this is, this should be personal decisions. Its that they - the Fundamentalist Christians make it something else. Let me also answer the question a different way. What do you think the talk on the right wing radio talk shows would be if the tables were turned. If The Obama's had a child who was knocked up by the basketball star? And were parading their Down's baby in front of the political stage? I know - and you know - exactly what they would be saying. steve
