Bush had 8 years to act to goo get Osama. He also had 1 trillion dollars to do that. Don't digress and bring in Clinton since no one is talking about George Bush and Reagan for having armed Osama against the Russinas. In politics, we look to our immediate and then vote for the Future. And yes, all that Guiliani said yesterday was a noun, verb and 9/11.

With regards to Pakistan, what borders are we talking about particularly so when we walked across the Iraqi border for no rhyme or reason.
