The principal goal is now to turn Iraq back to the Iraqis in all respects, and stop pouring our dwindling treasury down the black hole there. I am much less concerned with who gets credit for what, than knowing that young American soldiers will no longer be risking their lives from malcontent Iraqi car bombs and IEDs. The US has more important priorities. I want Obama to get us moving on them, whatever it takes.
