Wow, just checked out insider selling through dailystocks.com (which linked me to stocksmart).
Tons of recent insider selling, including Jenkins selling 50,000 shares at $14...that's cool $700,000.
Helix Capital, the venture capital firm that helped the company get started, sold around 300,000 shares although the report is confusing, some of them were sold at $14, some for $1, and some for $70 (?)
In August, a large institutional shareholder, Technology Crossover Ventures, sold 182,000 shares at $9. |
