My mominlaw loved the speech. She just called to tell me she was back to voting for McCain. He hit all her redwhiteand blue buttons, all her old conservative beliefs. No more Bush, Change! I understood. I thought he did great. I got bored and wandered out in the beginning, but came back for the last part, which I think was probably the best. The writers did a super job of separating him from Bush- saying change a zillion times, and fightfightfight. I bet he reassured the wobblies and some indies. Maybe a lot.
