.Rove claimed Palin was the mayor of the second largest city in Alaska.....tiny Wasilla.

It doesn't matter, idiot. She is the freaking governor. A governor who has managed, very well, a 10 Billion dollar budget -- something Obama has done nothing remotely similar to.

Instead, you want to pretend that poor Palin is being maligned and undervalued after you have spent months denigrating Obama and claiming he does not have experience worthy of a president.

Neither Palin nor Obama is particularly experienced. But given a choice, Palin is quite obviously more qualified for the presidency. More importantly, Palin is not the top of the ticket where Obama is. On day one, the person who walks in the Oval Office must be ready to be president. Period. Obama isn't. McCain is. But if something were to happen to McCain, I believe Palin would be far more capable than Obama because she has been a governor and Obama has never done anything which gave him even a TAD of administrative experience. He simply doesn't have any idea what it is about.

Obama has never run a business, a city, a state, never a military unit, let alone a major military leadership position, he has never done anything of substance. At all. I haven't denigrated Obama personally except where justified; but I have been very up front about his abject lack of experience for the job he's trying to get.

not only does Palin lack the experience to even be vice president but she comes off like someone who needs to be fed her lines.

Okay, well, you can make that argument -- but given that her experience is VASTLY more than Obama's, it disqualifies him as well.

The fact is that the Dems ticket would have been more viable if Biden had been the top of the ticket. As it is, it would be totally unconscienable to elect obama.
