Here is my answer for the new balance sheet that everyone is looking for - open the Green River oil shale from the BLM. That's $80 trillion worth of oil reserves in our own country.

Forget about the 17 billion worth of OCS reserves and go after 800 billion worth of unconvention reserves from oil shale.
