Hi Bill,,,I think these guys get addicted to power,,,and couple that with never having to worry about money....Marcos (Not our Marcos),,from the Phillipines was the same,,,Seems they all head To the Good Old USA,,when the heat gets too hot,,,strange,,since thats where they got/stole most of their money...or is it strange? cheers,rrman
