I hope this will be part of the debate questioning for both VEEP and POTUS. It's time for it, I think. Well before then, Biden could make this an effective populist theme by saying at every rally, "Here I am talking to voters, and I'm gonna take your questions and the reporters' questions for the next 30 minutes until I have to get on the bus again. Go ahead, ask me anything you like. You deserve that from your candidates."
