The 64k question is what next? It will take another 6 month from the 15th to close the deal. No matter what is done, they got investors by the balls. I kind read K's bid, and they stacked everything to their favor even if 20% of shareholder did not tender, they can call a special shareholders' meeting and vote to take the company private. They have the majority of the shares. I am telling you, the only way that we can win this thing is by a government agency to stop the deal.
