That doesn't say anything about considering Saddam a good guy, or even considering Gadhafi to be such a good guy... "Good guy' or 'bad guy' in the sense that they are on our side, or not on our side. Of course their 'personality' isn't a part of the review. I don't know though... shouldn't a guy like Gadhafi, after Lockerbie, be a life time bad guy? Can bin Laden become a good guy? I'm as realpolitik as most, but it bothers me... I remember Lockerbie very distinctly. It was horrible. Between that and 9/11 is just a matter of degree.
