Srvhap, <<do we know the break down of Reg-D shares (off shore vs domestic - though I doubt in todays market such a difference exits) Do we know the names of the holders (funds vs individuals)>> I believe it is a 60-40 split, domestic to foreign. I don't think we can find out the names of the holders, at least not directly. We do know, due to an SEC filing, that OGI (based in Saudi Arabia) held about 700,000 shares. Craig
