I'm 100% for adoption, especially if the mothers plan on staying home and taking care of the kids. I'm even for adoption if they plan on chucking them in to child care. But I'm not for forcing women to have babies- not even if I wouldn't have an abortion myself. It just seems wrong to force another human being to do something like that. Of course I would have a hard time respecting someone who had an abortion as much as I respect people who haven't- but we all make these judgments. I don't know if it's fair- it's just what I would think.

I can be prochoice and STILL think putting yourself in the situation of needing an abortion (absent rape, incest, failure of contraceptive or a defect in the fetus) is morally objectionable.
