Actually, as Ben Smith reminds us today, Hillary never appealed to Indies........they're the rain maker, Money...so it's a myth, that Hillary would have won..just like Palin is energizing the far-right, Hillary woulda done the same thing[energize them]..

What I do think, actually read it on a blog somewhere so I'm not being insightful here, is that the Palin pick will energize Democrats + all those Indies and Moderate Republicans who are upset about the hard right direction Bushie/Cheney have taken us............
