Well, in all fairness, returning money from drilling back to the citizens is a good idea. Clowngress should cut the coastal states in on offshore royalties, they'd have a much easier time of getting acceptance of drilling on the OCS if they did. Louisianan should get its cut.

If the state didn't have a pressing need for the money it should be returned to the citizens. Of course she could have paid for the Bridge to Nowhere from those funds, but in Palin-land that's only fit for the rest of the U.S's citizens to pay for.
