BE excited, be very excited. The deal is potentially worth up to 174+ millions dollars. 49mm for research over 5 years/= another optioanl 3 years--37.5mm in equity investment (17.23 p/s)-75mm in milestone payments over 8 years assuming success with Targretin adn 5 other compounds-finally double digit royalties for most advanced products.

I think this will help us regain what was lost on friday.
