Gee, I guess they really DID want to fight Vietnam again. Complete with the smart, convincing Secretary of Defense who overpromised and underdelivered, inflated body counts, and cries of 'we must stop them over there or they'll come over here'.

To Woodward, it must be deja vu all over again...but in Bush's case, he accomplished 'as much' in his war as two Presidents - LBJ and Nixon...
