i'm told, bank managers in china wowsa, are pissed off by policy directives. that story is in flux. but it is notable, as you noted. prc and the pee pole.. they are at a short term crux between rocks and hard places and domestic cap ex spending.... inverse of the previous high fives. world system in a word, is regurgitating like a cow with three stomachs. i.e. in flux prilosec for short term solutin belt tightening for herniated esophgus probably in many mysterious forms with strange ramifications. no. i did not move to china. yet.
