Z, > The racial divide has NOTHING to do with us asking questions.

They're like leading questions. They already assume the racial divide exists and will continue to exist no matter what.

Color-blind gives way to reverse-discrimination. The "advantageous" race has to watch what he or she says, lest anything be taken as "offensive" by the "disadvantageous" race.

Result: Separation. Subjects of race are taboo. No communication. A minefield of sensitivity.

Try taking a step further beyond race and culture. We are all individuals here, heavily influenced by our circumstances, by which for the most part could fit stereotypes but more often than not breaks them. The circumstances are never equal, so why focus only on the race-based ones and not the others?

I state the obvious: Affirmative action is a fake solution to a real problem.
