TD, It is 50 mm upfornt, but part of it isin "upfront milestones"-- 12.5mm, and part of it is in an equity invesment, 37.5mm. Sorry, I am typing too fast. I'm too excited. Even though the news was expected, today's news sort of hit me by surprise. I read the news at 5am pst. Being half asleep, I thought I was dreaming.
