Jodi, ~~"No idea if knowing when press release is due is "inside information"~~ I'm not an expert, but, I would tend to believe it is not considered "inside" information. A lot of times the press release has already been submitted for release {especially over the weekend} and it's up to the "wires" to get it out. The "wires" are sometimes slow in getting it out. I've been faxed with press releases from other companies(NOT ACCY) before they hit the individual wires because the "wires" were slow in getting it posted. Now if detailed information is given out prior to the release, then that would certainly constitute "insider" information. JMO. Perhaps some legal eagle can verify or clarify this situation? Theo
