"Anybody know anything about Assembly of God." I grew up with them. The Pentecost are one of the more fringy of the fundamentalists. They speak in tongues, get overcome with the Holy Spirit and pass out, no dancing, etc. They don't handle snakes as far as I know, but they are one of the more colorful Christian fundamentalist groups. The word "cult" comes to mind, in fact. The women tend towards the Little House on the Prairie look, long dresses and very long hair. They tend to be very anti-military. Given that Track is in the military, I guess her local church isn't. But, during the days of the draft, a lot of them wound up in court. All the ones I knew were not big fans of Jews, to put it delicately...
