Here's a link (from a Palin supporter, Beldar) with a fair bit of detail. Doesn't sound like something liable to sink anybody. And Monegan was offered a different position before he was fired, and in any case is a political appointee. And I still woudl like to know what the "bureaucratic" reasons were for not firing Wooten.
