No, they get disciplined for using tasers out of line. What does that have to do with firing Monaghan, a guy whose hands were tied? Why fire him? His only fault was to not be able to implement her vendetta. This episode offers a significant insight into her character and personality on a whole lot of levels from her honesty to her failure to come clean to McCain. Don't get me wrong, I think Wooten is a sleaze bucket himself who should not be a Trooper. But the process has to be respected, no one is above the law. My prediction that the Palin family is a whole lot more 'interesting' than even the Carters seems to be coming true.
