Blacks once used the term to refer to other blacks who were arrogant. In this context, it clearly fits Obama perfectly -- the use of the term by blacks in no way should RESTRICT the use of the term by whites.

For a politician to use it is dangerous because of the way it will be construed, but the reality is the meaning is not technically racially motivated.
