You've got that right. Most likely, mortgage rates will come down. I am alerting my mortgage broker today.......I am hoping to knock off a percentage off my mort. interest rate. ;-)

I was expecting this...that's why I have been buying housing shares, monoline insurers and banks. I think those stocks will take off more in the near future. Looking good!
