Then you have the Awakening Sunnis, 100,000 of them which we pay monthly so they will not kill us and at the same time we are training and equipping Maliki's Iraqi Shia forces (supposedly the Iraq Military) who are out now arresting and probably killing the Awakening Sunnis we are paying. Yup, the surge is working??? and we are winning???
