STOCK DOC, I wouldn't get freaked by someone using the word "emergency" to describe the meeting. I'm not certain where you read or heard this, however, any shareholder/voting event that is held outside the standard schedule is often referred to as a "special" or "emergency" meeting.

(The reason for the meeting is as Ben described, and as he also suggested, you can read all about the details in their recent SEC filing.)
